Our warranty policy lasts 12 months. If 12 months have passed since your purchase, we can’t process a warranty claim.

To be eligible for a warranty claim, MK Online Distribution Inc reserves the right to ask for an installation work order signed by a licensed mechanic.

Several types of goods are exempt from being covered under any warranty. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines are not covered and no warranty is offered for such items.

Additional non-warranty items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products

To complete your warranty, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
